FULL SCOPE LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Full scope legal representation is a traditional lawyer-client relationship.

From start-to-finish, your lawyer provides legal services on all aspects of your case.

LIMITED SCOPE LEGAL SERVICES

With limited scope (sometimes called "unbundled") legal services, your lawyer only handles some parts of your case or legal issue while you or another lawyer handle the rest.  Unbundled legal services include tasks like document preparation, file review,  writing motions or affidavits, court appearances, and others.  These services can help you represent yourself, fill in self-help documents and packets, understand courtroom procedure, and file official papers on time.  This type of legal representation allows you to pick and choose creative solutions that fit your budget and your unique legal situation.
