We offer Full-Service and Limited Scope Representation
With Full-Service Representation, your lawyer handles all aspects of your case. Most people know this as "traditional" legal representation.
With Limited Scope Representation, sometimes called "unbundled" legal services, your lawyer only handles some parts of your case or legal issue while you or another lawyer handles the rest. Limited Scope services include tasks like document preparation, file review, writing motions or affidavits, contract revisions, court appearances, and others. Limited Scope representation can help you represent yourself, fill in self-help documents and packets, understand courtroom procedure, and file official papers on time. This type of legal representation allows you to pick and choose creative solutions that fit your budget and your unique legal situation.
